Before You Hit Send
Common questions about reaching out and what to expect.
Do I need a full brief before contacting you?
Not at all. A paragraph about the problem you're trying to solve is plenty. The best projects we've worked on started with "we have this pain, we're not sure what the solution looks like." We help figure out the rest.
How quickly will you respond?
Within one business day. Usually faster. Every message goes directly to an engineer — there's no filtering layer between you and the people who'll actually build your product.
Is the discovery call really free?
Yes, completely. The discovery call is a conversation — for both of us to figure out if it makes sense to work together. We don't charge for it and there's no obligation on your side.
What if my project is too small (or too big)?
We'll tell you honestly. Our sweet spot is 4-week MVPs up to 4-month full platform builds. If your project is outside that range, we'll say so and — if we can — point you in a better direction.
Do you sign NDAs before the discovery call?
Yes, if you need one. Just mention it when you reach out and we'll send a standard mutual NDA before the call. We take confidentiality seriously.
Can I reach out even if I'm not sure I'm ready to start?
Absolutely. Some of our best client relationships started with "I'm thinking about this but don't have a clear picture yet." Early conversations help us understand your situation before you're under deadline pressure.
